Kingdom Builders is committed to building up our local communities through intentional outreach and supporting local community efforts and organizations. Through ministries, such as Love the Block and School Outreach, we meet the physical needs of our neighborhood while sharing the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ.

OCJ Kids

“OCJ Kids’ mission is to equip foster, at-risk children, and youth by providing them tools, resources, and positive role models to succeed and excel in every area of life.” Banner Church has a heart for kids within the Foster Care system and we support OCJ through giving monthly to their ministry and partnering with them in projects that they have throughout the year!

Unite PHX

The purpose of UnitePHX is to provide a hub for church congregations to come together with other believers at neighboring churches to fulfill the needs of the less fortunate in our community. By committing to a few hours a month on a Saturday, church members from multiple church families can visibly show the community that we stand united to love our city!

Christmas In Scottsdale

For the third annual Christmas In Scottsdale we will once again be partnering with Tonalea K-8 Public school to provide over 1,500 toys to bless children and families  in need.

Back to School Bash

We believe every kid should have the tools for success. Banner Church partners with Tonalea to supply backpacks, school supplies, and even haircuts to hundreds of students as they prepare to return to school.

Love the Block

Love The Block is the heart of this church. We desire for all people to encounter the freedom & power of a new life in Jesus Christ and being active in our city is such a huge part of how we reach the lost! 

In the midst of the uncertainty of 2020, we decided to be more generous than any other year previously! In August of 2020, we went into a neighborhood down the street from our church that had a great need. We began to go out every week, handing out household items, food, activities for kids, pizza, paying bills, and praying for all of those that we encountered. We have seen God move in BIG ways through this ministry.

Currently, this ministry ministers to over 150 homes in our surrounding neighborhood, meeting physical needs, praying over families, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Family Resource Center

Kingdom Builders is building and sponsoring a resource center for at-risk kids and families. This center will provide food, clothing, home goods, and school supplies to families at Tonalea K-8 Public School.

Teacher Appreciation

Every year, we partner with Tonalea K-8 School to bless their teachers! We bring lunch, fun snacks, gift cards, and supplies to let teachers know that we appreciate what they do and that they are so loved.
